We need to send out a special thank you to Lynnae Osterson for letting us borrow all the adorable cowgirl outfits for the girls. She has 3 precious cowgirls of her own, so she had a wide variety for us to choose from! Thank you Lynnae, Brianna, Georgia and Lila! |

Our last family photo and party at our Des Moines home before we become suburbanites and make the move to our new home in Grimes in a few weeks! We are so excited for our move but will miss this home as well. It is where we brought our babies home. It is where we had so many wonderful memories with family and friends. It where our sweet dolls learned how to walk and talk. It is where we spent precious time with our cherished neighbors, Gary & Judy Davis, Al & Jo Stone, and Tim, Kelly & Michael Lynn. We love you all dearly and thank you for all of your love, support and laughter over the years! Oh, and we can't forget our backyard neighbor dog Bones! |
I had to wake sweet doll baby Livy from her nap before she slept through the entire party! Hence the not so pleased expression on her face while trying to get her to pose on the hay bales. A moment after this picture was taken, Livy rolled back and landed between the the bales and the deck. Poor baby girl had hay scratches all over her face from the fall - so sorry Livy! She was a trooper though, recovered quick and was ready to party! |
Our dear neighbor Jo Stone, mommy and Livy. Jo lives across the street and is a required guest at the girls birthdays, as are our other neighbors Uncle Gary & Aunt Judy! |
Cowboy Cousin Brady! Adorable! |
Cousins Kade, Dayne & Carson - looks like they are plotting something! |

Whoo Hoo - Cake Time! |
Ella requested 2 cakes, a pink horse and a pink boot! |
Yes, that's right, mommy spelled "birthday" wrong on the boot cake. Oopsie!
Mommy has to give daddy a big thank you for helping with cakes AGAIN! Bob is such a trooper preparing for the girls birthday parties. He stays up helping me til the wee hours of the morning putting the final touches on the cakes, blowing up balloons, preparing food and on and on. I love you hubbie! |
Dig in sweet daughter! |
Lulu likes it too! |
Ella is thrilled to have her special treat of Root Beer. We had a fun theme meal at The Swanson Corral, including items such as wagon wheel pasta salad at the Chuck Wagon and cactus juice to drink at the Saloon. |
